Lana Naugle

Lana L. Naugle, age 75, of Shippensburg, PA, passed away unexpectedly in the Chambersburg Hospital on Thursday, June 11, 2015. Born in Carlisle, PA on February 14, 1940, she was the daughter of the late George W. and Alma Ludt Greegor.

Mrs. Naugle was a 1958 graduate of Carlisle High School. A homemaker most her adult life, Mrs. Naugle took great pride in caring for her family and raising her children. She was a member of the Chambersburg Country Club, where she enjoyed playing golf and tennis. In addition, Mrs. Naugle enjoyed playing bridge and painting.

Surviving is her husband of 55 years, Richard L. Naugle, whom she married on June 14, 1959; two children, Kirk A. Naugle (wife Deborah) of Shippensburg, PA and Deborah Cullen (husband Raymond) of Shippensburg, PA; five grandchildren, DeAnna and Blake Naugle, Brendon and Zachary Cullen, and Joshua Diehl (fiancé Emalie Laicha); and two siblings, Vonnie Sheaffer (husband Kenneth) of Carlisle, PA and Cathie Zimmerman (husband Johnnie) of Carlisle.

Private funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Chambersburg, PA, where Pastor Murray Stevens will officiate. A private interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
