Larry Ott

Larry E. Ott, 75, of Chambersburg, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at his home. Born April 24, 1948 in Chambersburg, he was a son of the late John and Lillian Kemp Ott.

Larry was employed at TB Woods for over 20 years. He was later employed as a Bartender at the Chambersburg Club until his retirement. Larry was a member of the Chambersburg Club, American Legion Post 46, VFW Post 1599, Elks Lodge #600, and the Landis-McCleaf Detachment Marine Corps League, all in Chambersburg. He enjoyed playing golf and slow pitch softball. He also enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.

He is survived by his son, Shawn Ott (wife Brandy) of St. Thomas, one grandson, Cashal Ott of St. Thomas; three siblings, Pamela Strock of Marion, Richard Ott (wife Martha) of Chambersburg, and Dennis Ott (wife Connie) of Chambersburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held from 12:00 – 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at the Landis-McCleaf Detachment Marine Corps League, 450 Grant Street, Chambersburg, PA 17201.
