Lazetta Quivers

Lazetta Ann Quivers, 65, of Harrisburg, PA and formerly of Chambersburg, passed away Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Community General Osteopathic Hospital in Harrisburg. Born March 9, 1950 in Chambersburg, she was a daughter of Kenneth V. Quivers of Chambersburg and the late Demaris Miller Quivers. Lazetta was a 1969 graduate of the Chambersburg Area Senior High School and was employed by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation in Harrisburg, retiring after 34 years of service. She was a member of the XII Stones Church of God in Christ.

In addition to her father, she is survived by a sister, Katrina Quivers of Chambersburg. Aside from her mother, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Frances and Kendra Dee Quivers.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, September 3, 2015 in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA. Pastor Wilson Mosley will officiate. Interment will follow at Lebanon Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
