Lester Lee Baughman, 68, of Chambersburg, passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at his home. Born August 18, 1947 in East Waterford, PA, he was the son of the late George and Vera Baughman Witter.
A U.S. Army veteran, Lester served honorably in Vietnam. Following his discharge from the army, he was employed as a mechanic at Letterkenny Army Depot until his retirement in 2010 after 41 total years of service. Lester enjoyed painting houses and loved to hunt.
He is survived by his sister, Donna Truett and husband Andy of Chambersburg. In addition to his parents, Lester is preceded in death by a sister, Janet Henry.
Services and interment will be private. Arrangements are entrusted to Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Chambersburg, PA. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association Franklin/Fulton Division, 610 Community Way Lancaster, PA 17601.
