Li Yong Seif

Li Yong Cha Seif, 81, of Chambersburg, passed away on October 19, 2023, in Chambersburg Hospital. She was the widow of Charles L. Seif, who preceded her death on November 16, 2015.

Born on February 10, 1942 in Korea, she was the daughter of the late Pak Myo Ak. She was a faithful member of the West Side Brethren in Christ Church, Chambersburg. The Congregation is grateful for her decades of service in arranging the altar flowers. An active member of the Chambersburg Garden Club, her Christmas wreaths and other decorations will continue to serve God.

Li was also known to her family and friends for her hospitality at home, and generosity in entertainment, and a constant flow greeting cards and gifts. Her loyalty and devotion to her husband Charles, especially in his years of illness, inspired everyone who knew her.

A Memorial Service to celebrate Li's life will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 7, at 11:00 AM in the West Side Brethren in Christ Church, 2665 Lincoln Way West, Chambersburg, PA 17101. Pastor W. David Kent will preside, and a light lunch will follow. Li will be privately interred beside her husband, Charles, in Lincoln Cemetery Memorial contributions may be made to the Church.
