Lloyd King

Lloyd T. King, Sr., age 83, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2014 at the Chambersburg Hospital. Born June 26, 1931 in Penn Mar, PA, he was the son of the late George and Bertha King.
A U.S. Army veteran, Mr. King served honorably during the Korean Conflict. He went on to work at the South Mountain Restoration center for 31 years as an Orderly, retiring in 1985. He was a member of the Marion Volunteer Fire Department.
Surviving is his daughter, April Caratozzola (husband Joe) of Chambersburg, PA, daughter in law, Kathy King of Harrisburg, PA, five grandchildren, Josh, Danielle, Victoria, Noah, and Gabriel; and a great-grandson, Parker. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four siblings and his son, Lloyd T. King, Jr. in 2013.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, October 31, 2014 at 1 PM at the Greenhill Cemetery, 953 South Potomac St., Waynesboro, PA. Arrangements are entrusted to the Thomas L.
