M. Isabelle Lensbower
June 20, 1919 — April 9, 2015
M. Isabelle Lensbower, 95, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away Thursday evening, April 9, 2015 at the Chambersburg Hospital. She was born June 20, 1919 in England. Isabelle was employed for many years at the former Stanley Company in Chambersburg. She was a life-long member of Central Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Gary Gilbert Lensbower on November 26, 1987; her daughter, Brenda Jane Lensbower Whitemore on July 25, 1994; and her brother, Warren Christian Cramer.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, April 13, 2015 at Lincoln Cemetery. Following the interment, friends are invited to attend a memorial service to celebrate Isabelle’s life at 11:00 AM at Central Presbyterian Church in Chambersburg, where Rev. Paul B. Baker will officiate. A reception will follow the service.
Memorial contributions may be made to Central Presbyterian Church, 40 Lincoln Way West, Chambersburg, PA 17201.
