Marvin R. “Dick” Hornbaker, 81, of Chambersburg, died Sunday, March 1, 2015 at Chambersburg Hospital. Dick was employed for many years at the former Stanley Company in Chambersburg and last worked at The Butcher Shoppe. He was a member of the Brethren Fellowship in Chambersburg.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred J. Shatzley Hornbaker; 3 children, Marvin R. Hornbaker, II, Gregory L. Hornbaker, and Tina M. Collins; 8 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 3 sisters, Dorothy L. Geiman, Catherine L. Bricker, and Doris J. Brown.
Services will be private, there will be no viewing.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Brethren Fellowship, 339 Lincoln Way East, Chambersburg, PA 17201.
