Myrl L. Glenn, Jr., 41, of Chambersburg, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on Friday morning, August 31, 2012 at his home. Born on January 5, 1971 in Mt. Vernon, Virginia, he was the son of Myrl L. Glenn Sr. of Chambersburg and Patricia Ann Spalding Glenn-Krehbiel of Alexandria, VA. A car enthusiast all his life, Myrl was currently employed as the Pre-owned Sales Manager at Tate Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Frederick, MD. Myrl loved the game of golf, but his most cherished times were those spent with his sons.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Brandi DeShong Glenn, whom he married January 24, 2004; three sons, Landon L. and twins Maddox A. and Ashton M.; his sister, Amey Cruz (husband, Fernando) of White Plains, MD, and numerous nieces and nephews. He will also be greatly missed by Brandi’s family, Rhonda and Gary DeShong of Chambersburg; and Tamara Sheridan (husband, Brad) of Leesburg, VA.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA. Rev. Daniel House and Rev. Harold Yeager will officiate. Interment will follow at Parklawns Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00-9:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to a Time-in-Need account under Brandi’s name for the benefit of his sons, Landon, Maddox, and Ashton, at any F&M Trust branch.
