Nancy Ciccarelli

Nancy Ciccarelli, age 61, of Chambersburg, PA, joined her husband John in Heaven on Saturday, July 23, 2011. Born May 14, 1950 in Huntingdon, PA, she was a daughter of the late George and Erma White Huhn. A Licensed Practical Nurse, Nancy had been employed at the Chambersburg Hospital for almost 40 years. Nancy was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church. A devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother, she enjoyed spending time with her family. A very strong person, Nancy was a compassionate and helpful friend to many and always thought of the needs of others first. She loved lights and candles and enjoyed spending her free time working in her yard and gardening, browsing local thrift stores and yard sales, and donating to charities.

Preceded in death on June 4, 2008 by her beloved husband John F. Ciccarelli, whom she married November 8, 1969, she is survived by three children, Michelle Eyer and husband Christian of Chambersburg, Theresa Oller and husband Richard of Fayetteville, and Angela Ciccarelli of Chambersburg; four grandchildren, Devin Eyer, Colby Eyer, Dominick Lehman, and Savannah Oller; and two sisters, Georgia and Carol. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Huhn, and a grandson, Damian Ciccarelli. Nancy will be greatly missed by all.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. James R. O'Brien at 10 AM Thursday, July 28, 2011 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 320 Philadelphia Avenue, Chambersburg, PA. Interment will follow in Corpus Christi Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA
