Nora May "Dolly" Miller

Nora May “Dolly” Miller, 77, of Fayetteville, PA, passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, September 6, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family. Born September 21, 1938 in Fayetteville, she was a daughter of the late John F. and Ella M. Ritter Miller. Dolly had attended the Fayetteville Church of God for many years. She had a great love for her family and enjoyed puzzles, crocheting, and writing notes.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant brother, Lloyd Miller; her brother, Elmer “Sam” Miller; and her sister, Peggy J. McKnight. She is survived by her brother, Donald J. Miller and wife Gladys of Fayetteville; her niece and caregiver of more than twenty-five years Shari McKnight with whom she resided; numerous other nieces and nephews; her sister-in-law Erma Miller; and her brother-in-law Charles McKnight, Sr.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM Monday, September 12, 2016 in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA. Pastor Josh Baldwin will officiate. Interment will follow at Parklawns Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10:30-11:30 AM Monday at the funeral home.
