Parker L. Phillips, 81, of Chambersburg, passed away on Wednesday morning, February 28, 2024 at Quincy Village. Born April 9, 1942 in Fulton, NY, he was the son of the late L. Parker and Louise Michauel Phillips.
Parker was a graduate of Mohawk Tech. He was employed as a Mechanical Engineer until his retirement. He and his wife enjoyed traveling and his favorite place to visit was Switzerland. He also enjoyed fishing and going for walks.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Ruth E. Wolf Phillips, whom he married on September 17, 1994; three children, Kris Schend of Beloit, WI, Kirk Phillips (Hope) of South Beloit, IL, and Kyle Phillips (Laura) of Appleton, WI; two step-children, Felecia Gilbert of Camp Hill, PA, and Jeffrey Daughenbaugh of Fayetteville, PA; four grandchildren, Michelle, Michael, Krystal and Kayra; one step-grandson, Derek Gilbert; one great granddaughter, Kristien; and his brother, Ernest Phillips (Marie) of Mechanicsburg, PA.
