Patricia Hanscom

Patricia Ann Hanscom, 73, of Alexandria, Va., passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at the Village of Laurel Run in Fayetteville, PA. Born July 22, 1938 in Roanoke, VA, she was a daughter of the late Clarence Edward and Margaret Sibold Whittaker. Patricia worked in commercial real estate with Norman Bernstein Management, Inc. for 25 years and graduated from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA. She enjoyed playing bridge, and reading.
Patricia is survived by her two sons, David Hanscom and his wife, Jo Mazurek, of Veneta, OR, and Michael Hanscom of York, PA.; her granddaughter, Mariah Hanscom of York, PA; her former husband, James W. Hanscom of Berryville, VA; her sister, Virginia Delaney, and husband Michael, of Fayetteville, PA; two nieces, Meghan Delaney of Hedgesville, WV, and Aindrea Campbell and her husband Rich, of Greencastle, PA; two great nephews, Quentin and Brady Campbell; and three cousins, Melissa Brumfield of Pembroke, Va., Martha Lee Reaves of Fancy Gap, VA. and Margaret Ball of Longs, SC.
