Penny Weller Guyer

Penny L. Weller Guyer, 51, of St. Thomas, PA, passed away Friday, August 26, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family. Born June 30, 1965 in Chambersburg, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Lyndall Gelwicks Weller. Penny was a 1983 graduate of the Chambersburg Area Senior High School. She was a member of the Moose Lodge in Chambersburg and the Eagles Club in Gettysburg. Penny enjoyed boating, motorcycle riding, and spending time at the beach, but she most enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by her fiancé, Tony R. Flickinger; her daughter, Tiffany Bowersox and husband Daniel of St. Thomas; her son, Shawn W. Guyer of St. Thomas; three grandsons, Colby, Carter, and Bryce Bowersox; two sisters, Brenda Miller (Rodney Sebring) of Chambersburg and Cindy Bingaman (husband Kenny) of Waynesboro; two brothers, Kirby Weller (wife Deanna) of Chambersburg and Kevin Weller (wife Brenda) of Red Lion; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM Wednesday, August 31, 2016 in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA. Pastor Don Drury will officiate. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
