Phyllis Kier

Phyllis J. Kier, age 76, of Fayetteville, PA, passed away unexpectedly in the Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, VA on Saturday, January 25, 2014. Surviving is her husband of 56 years, Jack Kier, two children, and one granddaughter. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at 4 PM at the Central Presbyterian Church, Chambersburg, PA. Arrangements are entrusted to the Thomas L.
