Rhondalynn (Phillips) Stramella, 61, of Chambersburg, PA passed away Thursday, December 16, 2021 in the Chambersburg Hospital. Born July 13, 1960 in Rochester, NY she was the daughter of Carol (Ferries) and the late Russell Phillips.
She served in the United States Army for 26 years retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer 2. After her retirement from the Army she was employed at Letterkenny Army Depot in ammunitions inventory. Rhondalynn was an avid A2 square dancer. She enjoyed camping, hiking and being outdoors.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 18 years, Mark Stramella who she married October 23, 2003; three children, Scott Hayner (Gina) of Johnstown, NY, Shaun Hayner (Helen) of Draper, VA and Andrea Hayner of Virginia Beach, VA; four grandchildren, Wyatt, Trinity, Julia, and Oliver; a brother, Russell Phillips (Lorraine), Colorado Springs, CO and a nephew, Patrick Phillips, Colorado Springs, CO.
In addition to her father she is preceded in death by two brothers, Scott and Michael Phillips.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Chambersburg, PA.
