Ricky Lynn Fox, 69, of Chambersburg, passed away on Saturday, December 25, 2021 in the Chambersburg Hospital. Born July 29, 1952 in Hagerstown, MD, he was a son of the late Charles G. and Mary Butts Fox.
Ricky was a 1970 graduate of Greencastle-Antrim High School. A US Marine Corps veteran, he served honorably during the Vietnam War. He was employed as a technician at Letterkenny Army Depot until his retirement. Ricky was a member of the American Legion Post 373 in Greencastle, PA and the Marine Corps League in Chambersburg. He was an avid Chicago Bears fan and enjoyed fishing, playing cards and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by two daughters, Nicole Mohn (Roland) of Waynesboro, and Michelle Fox Ewan (Chad) of Chambersburg; six grandchildren, Domanique Kemp, Elijah Kemp, Logan Helser, Weston Moats, Cassidy Dagenhart and Colton Dagenhart; and his sister, Barbara Zeigler of Chambersburg. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Philip and Terry Fox.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, January 3, 2022 at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Hagerstown, MD. Arrangements are entrusted to Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Chambersburg, PA.
