Robert Ouellette

Robert R. Ouellette, 81, of Fayetteville, PA, passed away on Friday, October 27, 2023, at the Chambersburg Hospital. Born March 16, 1942, in Baker Lake, New Brunswick, he was a son of the late Pea and Regina Boutote Ouellette.

Robert was employed as a machinist with Cly-Del Manufacturing in Waterbury, CT until his retirement. He was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Chambersburg. Robert enjoyed working on small engines, jig-saw puzzles, being in the outdoors, and fishing.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Mary Ann Madore Ouellette, whom he married on June 30, 1962; three children, Peter Ouellette (Carol) of Knoxville, TN, Lisa Senick (Louis) of Knoxville, TN, and Mark Ouellette (Michele) of Naugatuck, CT; four grandchildren, Nichole Ouellette, Francis Ouellette, Brandon Ouellette (Alisa) and Austin Senick; one great grandson, Jackson; and three siblings, Armond Ouellette, Theresa Bard and Francine Deschene. Aside from his parents, Robert was preceded in death by two siblings, Giles Ouellette and Hueguette Daigle.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Monday, October 30, 2023 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 320 Philadelphia Avenue, Chambersburg, PA 17202. Fr. Allan Wolfe will celebrate. Interment will follow the service in Corpus Christi Catholic Cemetery.
