Ronald N. Kline, 76, of Chambersburg, passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at his home. Born February 10, 1946 in Waynesboro, he was a son of the late Fred Leroy and Anna Mea Ridenour Kline.
Ronald was a 1964 graduate of Waynesboro High School. A US Army veteran, he served honorably during the Vietnam War. He was employed as a draftsman with Grove Manufacturing for 30 years. He then worked for 10 years at Letterkenny Army Depot. He was always ready to share a smile and and lend a helping hand. During his retirement, Ronald volunteered at the Chambersburg Hospital in reception. He was a member of Mont Alto United Methodist Church and a life member of the American Legion Post 46 in Chambersburg. He loved God, his wife, his children, and family and friends with all his heart. It was one of his greatest joys spending time with those he loved.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Ginger Rosenberry Kline, whom he married on June 28, 1969; daughter, Kasey Marcum and her husband Jarrett; son-in-law, Dirk Coble; grandson, Colby Alexander Kline; and his sister, Anne Smith. In addition to his parents, Ronald is preceded in death by his son, Dustin Kline; daughter, Dallas Coble; and three siblings, Larry Kline, Gerald Kline and Jeanne Poe.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at Parklawns Memorial Gardens, 3218 Philadelphia Avenue, Chambersburg, PA. Rev. Kraig Faust will officiate. Military honors will be provided by the VFW Post 1599 Honor Guard. Arrangements are entrusted to Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Chambersburg, PA.
