Rosalie Bonner

Rosalie M. Bonner, 79, of Fayetteville, PA, went to be with her Creator on Thursday morning, December 14, 2017 at Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill, PA. Born December 10, 1938 in Wilkes-Barre, PA, she was a daughter of the late Leo and Michalina Golembiewski Oldziejewski. She had been employed as a secretary and teacher’s aide in Dover, NJ. Early in her life had worked as a legal secretary in Pennsylvania. Mrs. Bonner was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Chambersburg.

She is survived by her husband, James J. Bonner, whom she married September 8, 1962; three sons, James (Deborah) of Parsippany, NJ, Mark (Teresa) of Ponte Verda, FL, and William (Erin) of Midlothian, VA; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Ruth (Tom) Klukosky of Elmwood Park, NJ and Marie (John) Shimshock of Delmont, PA.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by The Very Rev. Fr. Luis R. Rodriguez, V.F. at 10:00 AM Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 320 Philadelphia Avenue, Chambersburg, PA. Interment will be private. There will be a viewing from 6:00PM to 9:00 PM on Monday at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA.
