Rose Olsen

Rose Marie Olsen, age 80, of Fayetteville, PA passed away unexpectedly in her home on Thursday, February 20, 2014. Born August 26, 1934 in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Julia Milone Suriano. Mrs. Olsen served the state of New York as a secretary for over 35 years, retiring in 1993. She was a member of the Greenwood Hills Chapel in Fayetteville. She enjoyed reading the bible and socializing.
Surviving are five siblings, Lou Suriano, Dolores Suriano, Theresa Bencivenga, Josephine Kearns, and Frank Suriano and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 28, 2014 at 10 AM in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Rd., Chambersburg, PA; where Mr. Lou Suriano, Pastor Ryan Alexander, and Rev. Frank Alexander will officiate. The family will receive friends in the funeral home on Thursday, February 27, 2014 from 6 – 9 PM and on Friday, February 28, 2014 one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow the service in Lincoln Cemetery.
