Rosemary Bowser

Rosemary Bowser, 64, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Chambersburg Hospital. Born April 14, 1952 in Waynesboro, she was a daughter of the late Harry P. and Gloria P. Gensler Bowser. A graduate of the Mont Alto campus of Penn State University, Rosemary was a Registered Nurse and was last employed at the Roxbury Treatment Center. She loved horses, spending time at the beach, and her dogs. She also enjoyed yardwork, gardening, and cooking.

She is survived by three daughters, Christina Warner of Kansas City, MO, Phedra Barbour and husband Arnold of Chambersburg, and Danielle McCollum of Harrisburg; six grandchildren, Eric Kendle, Keila Barbour, Ronald Adams, Devonte Adams, Darius Barbour, and Christian Boswell; and her sister, Jane Beckman of Virginia. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Suzanne Bowser.

The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 AM Friday, February 24, 2017 at the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA. Private interment will be in Everett Cemetery, Everett, PA.
