Russell C. “Rusty” Hoover, age 37, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away unexpectedly of Saturday, November 28, 2015. Born April 27, 1978, in Chambersburg, PA, he was the son of Victor R. and Gloria J. Kennedy Hoover.
Rusty was a member of the Chambersburg Area Senior high School Class of 1996. He was employed as a Laborer, and worked for Jack of all trades building and remodeling. Rusty enjoyed hunting, playing cards, and watching sports, especially the Washington Redskins.
In addition to his parents, Rusty is survived by his children, Genesis and Ridge Hoover of Chambersburg, PA; a sister, Tammy Kelly (companion Ronnie Myers) of Ft. Loudon, PA; a nephew, Colton D. Kelly of Yokota AB, Japan; his maternal grandmother, Anita Heckman; his dear friend, Andrea Hill; and numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 3, 2015 from 6 – 8 PM at the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Rd. Chambersburg, PA. Funeral and Interment services will be private.
