Scott Allen Golden, 48, of State Line, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday afternoon, January 19, 2019. Born March 5, 1970 in McConnellsburg, PA, he was a son of the late George and Alice Pittman Golden. Scott was a graduate of the Franklin Learning Center and had at one time worked at OSI in Chambersburg. He was a former member of Calvary Baptist Church in Waynesboro. He enjoyed animals, coloring, eating, and socializing.

He is survived by his brother, Dirk Golden (Tena) of State Line; two nieces, Nicole Golden of Waynesboro and Brianne Cafferilli of Phoenix, AZ; and his nephew, Bradley Golden of Hagerstown, MD.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, February 2, 2019 in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA. Rev. Murray Stevens will officiate. Interment will follow at Parklawns Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 9:00-10:00 AM Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter, 5051 Letterkenny Road West, Chambersburg, PA 17201.
