Shaune McConnell

Shaune T. McConnell, age 36, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday, February 23, 2018. Born in Cheverly, MD on February 17, 1982, he was a son of Nancy Weiss McConnell and the late Kevin McConnell.
Shaune enjoyed basketball, watching Jeopardy, shoe shopping, and playing softball. A disabled veteran, Shaune served two tours in Iraq. He separated after 7 years of service in 2011.

Surviving are three children, Bryonna Smith, Gaberiella, and Aodhan McConnell; his former wife, Amber McConnell; and three siblings, Shayne, Cristal, and Marcus McConnell.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 10 AM in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Rd., Chambersburg, PA, where Rev. Murray B. Stevens will officiate. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 6 from 7 – 9 PM and one hour prior to the service in the funeral home. Interment will be in Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.
