Shirley Rosenberry

Shirley J. Rosenberry, 78, a resident of The Village of Laurel Run, Fayetteville, PA and formerly of Horse Valley, passed away Tuesday morning, December 30, 2014 at Chambersburg Hospital. Born October 27, 1936 in in Horse Valley, she was a daughter of the late Roy J. and Dora Horn Rosenberry. She was a member of the Horse Valley Gospel Mission.

Shirley is survived by a brother, John Rosenberry and wife Judy of Fannettsburg; a sister-in-law, Peg Rosenberry of Harrisburg; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Gladys Miller and Beatrice Johnston; and six brothers, Glen, Leonard, Guy, Alfred, Jay, and Garnet Rosenberry.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, January 3, 2015 in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, with Pastor Phillip Zook officiating. Interment will follow at the Horse Valley Gospel Mission Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9:00-10:00 AM Saturday at the funeral home.
