Stephen Myers

Stephen C. Myers, 73, of Chambersburg died at home on March 11, 2018. He was a son of the late Harold A. and Hazel G. Myers of Chambersburg and Philip A. Myers (Ellen Kopeland) of Philadelphia.
Myers was a 1962 graduate of CASHS where he lettered in track and field all four years. He received his Bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Pennsylvania State University in 1968. Upon graduation he began work as an executive in training with John Wanamaker Dept. store in Philadelphia. He went on to hold sales positions with Bristol Myers Corp, Textron Corp and Commerce Clearing House, Inc. Myers was an avid sports fan all his life and especially liked following his Penn State Nittany Lions.
Myers is survived by his two children, Stephanie M. Helgeson (Stuart) of Wayne, PA and John C. Myers (Gail) of Pottstown, PA and four grandchildren, Stuart, Sarah, and Samantha Helgeson and Brooke Myers.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, April 6, 2018, at 11 AM in Norland Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Chambersburg, PA.
