Steven L. Wade, 59, of Chambersburg, passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 in the Chambersburg Hospital. Born on May 13, 1964 in Chambersburg, he was a son of the late Alvin L. and Irene E. “Sis” Wade.
Steve was a 1982 graduate of Chambersburg Area Senior High School, where he played baseball and basketball. He was an avid fan of the Baltimore Orioles and the Dallas Cowboys. He also enjoyed collecting baseball cards.
Steven had worked as several places over the years, including Lowes, Grove Worldwide, and most recently Warrior Roofing in Chambersburg. Aside from his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Cindy. No formal services are planned at this time. Arrangements are private and entrusted to the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home Inc.
