Thomas Robinson

Thomas F. “Chico” Robinson, Sr., 79, of Chambersburg, PA, passed Saturday evening, February 18, 2017 at ManorCare Health Services. Born July 30, 1937 in Chambersburg, he was a son of the late Harriet Lane and Fred Robinson. He was employed at Letterkenny Army Depot for twenty-six years prior to his retirement. Mr. Robinson was a member of Laurel Lodge IBPOE of W #133 in Chambersburg and he was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Jane Colston Robinson, whom he married June 3, 1957; a son, Thomas Robinson, Jr. and wife Heather; and a daughter, Alesia Stevenson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Jere Robinson in 2000.

The family will receive friends from 10:30 AM until services begin at 11:30 AM Thursday, February 23, 2017 in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA. Rev. Dr. Lois A. Waters will officiate. Interment will be private.
