Timothy Horton

November 11, 1958 — October 22, 2018

Timothy W. Horton, age 58, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away on Monday, October 22, 2018, at the Falling Spring nursing And Rehab Center. Born November 11, 1958, in Berlin, Germany, he was a son of the late Thomas W. And Mary T. Gould Horton.
A 1977 graduate of the Chambersburg Area Senior High School, Tim went on to study at Williamsport Community College and taking night classes at Penn State. He eventually earned his Associates Degree. Tim worked as a project engineer for Nursery Supplies in Chambersburg. Tim was a member of the Chambersburg Club, Moose Lodge #842, VFW, and American Legion, all in Chambersburg. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, playing poker, and working on cars.
Surviving is his companion, Judy Evans, son, Anthony Horton, step-children, Corey and Shea Evans, grandchildren, Raiden W. and Hayden M. Horton, step-grandchildren, Shanelle Laban, Aizlee Evans, Jace and Drake Myers, brother, Frank Horton (wife Tina) all of Chambersburg, PA and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 1 PM in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Rd., Chambersburg, PA, where Mr. Mark Alt will officiate. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in Tim’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
