Tina Hege

Tina M. (Lockbaum) Hege, 51, of Chambersburg, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Tuesday, May 31, 2016. Born September 23, 1964, she was the daughter of Robert Wesley and Barbara Lee Frank Lockbaum.

A homemaker, Tina was previously employed as a nurse’s aide at Heritage Hills Home and Caledonia Manor for over 20 years. She attended Pond Bank Independent Church. She enjoyed camping, spending time with her grandchildren and traveling.

In addition to her parents, Tina is survived by her husband, Douglas B. Hege of Chambersburg; two children, Danielle Renee Haines and husband Brian and Corey Ray Hege, both of Chambersburg; three grandchildren, Dallas Ryan Haines, Luke Salem Haines and Michael Martin-Beery Haines; her mother-in-law, Joann I. Hege of Chambersburg, brothers and sisters-in-law, Steven Hege of Chambersburg, Jamie and Joyce Hege of Chambersburg, and Allan and India Hege of Albuquerque, NM; and nieces and nephews, Tyler Hege, Spencer Hege, Jessica Benshoff and Jared Hege.

A funeral service will be held to celebrate Tina’s life at 10:00 AM on Monday, June 6, 2016 at Pond Bank Independent Church, 6704 White Rock Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17202. Pastor Mervil Stambaugh will officiate. Interment will follow the service in Mt. Zion Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 – 4 PM and 6 – 8 PM on Sunday, June 5, 2016 at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA and one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pond Bank Independent Church at the above address.
