Todd Washabaugh

Todd Michael Washabaugh, age 47, of New Bloomfield, PA and formerly of Fayetteville, PA, passed away on Friday, August 4, 2017 at his home. Born July 31, 1970, in Chambersburg, PA, he was the son of John and Carolyn Hughes Washabaugh of Fayetteville, PA.
A 1988 graduate of the Chambersburg Area Senior High School, Todd went on to work as a machinist and then as an equipment operator for Greene Township in 2003. He was a life member of Fayetteville Volunteer Fire Department. Todd enjoyed hunting, fishing, the Dallas Cowboys; and he had a passion for grilling and smoking brisket.
In addition to his parents, Todd is survived by his companion, Melissa Reisinger and daughters, Elizabeth McGowan (husband Stefan) of Landisburg, PA and Quinn A. Howell (husband Jesse) of Blain, PA; two siblings, John D. Washabaugh (wife Kerri) of Fayetteville, PA and Stacy McAfee (husband Tim) of Fayetteville, PA; two nieces, Sara and Madison; and five nephews, John, Ryan, Blake, Collin, and Mitchell.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2017, at 6 PM in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333, Falling Spring Rd., Chambersburg, PA, where Pastor Tom Willis will officiate. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service in the funeral home. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to Penn State College of Medicine, Hershey Medical Center, P.O.
