Trudy Monn

Trudy V. Monn, 62, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away Sunday morning, May 31, 2015 at her home. Born February 24, 1953 in Chambersburg, she was a daughter of the late John M. Cleary who died September 24, 1985 and Maxine H. “Sis” Woodal Cleary who died May 19, 2015. A homemaker most of her life, Trudy had at one time been employed in the bakery of the former County Market in Chambersburg. A loving and dedicated mother and grandmother, her family was the center of her world. She loved to play Bingo and was a member of the Charles Nitterhouse Post 1599 VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by three sons, Ronald W. Miller, Jr., Harold L. Miller, both of Chambersburg, and Steven M. Miller and wife Jennifer of Camden, DE; two grandchildren that she raised, Cory Wayne Miller and Katrina R. Miller, both of Chambersburg; seven additional grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by five siblings, John E. Cleary (wife Barbara), Robin Terry, Bonita “Sue” Cross, James P. Cleary (wife Angela), all of Chambersburg, and George Q. Cleary of Shippensburg. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Katina L. Miller; and a brother, Earl M. “Sonny” Cleary.

Services and interment in Corpus Christi Cemetery will be private.
