Virginia Glass

Virginia M. Glass, age 91, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away on Friday, March 6, 2015 at Providence Place Assisted Living. Born June 27, 1923 in Chambersburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Margaret Robinson.
Mrs. Glass was a 1941 graduate of the Greencastle Antrim High School and homemaker most of her life, taking great pride in caring for her family. Later in life, Mrs. Glass enjoyed playing golf and traveling.
Surviving is one son, Gary Seacrest and his wife, Connie Zullinger Seacrest of Atlanta, GA; two grandchildren, Meredith Seacrest and Ryan Seacrest. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, John A. Seacrest in 1968 and her second husband, Harvey Allen Glass in 1992.
Memorial services to honor Mrs. Glass will be held in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Rd., Chambersburg, PA on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at 1:30 PM; where Rev. John Ile will officiate. It was Mrs. Glass’s request that there be no viewing. A private family interment will follow the service in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Greencastle, PA. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her name to the Ryan Seacrest Foundation, 12400 Wilshire Blvd., suite 1275, Los Angeles, CA 90025 or via the website at www.ryanseacrestfoundation.org.
