Virginia Hauck

Virginia M. Hauck, age 66, of Mt. Union, PA, passed away on Sunday, December 9, 2012 at the Falling Spring Nursing Home. Born June 3, 1946 in Lackawanna, NY, she was the daughter of the late Hazel Hauck. Ms. Hauck worked as a certified nurse’s aide for a number of years. She loved animals and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Surviving are three daughters, Karen M. Hobble (husband Richard) of Mt. Union, PA; Dawn Ranney of Chambersburg, PA; and Debbie Mattson (husband William) of Frewsburg, NY; 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and five siblings, Jerry Hice, Cheryl Merrick, Donald Barrett, Jessie Whaley, and Lori Kiley.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 14, 2012 at 2 PM at the First United Methodist Church, 225 S. Second St., Chambersburg, PA; where Rev. Laura King will officiate. The family will receive friends in the church one hour prior to the service. Interment will be private.
