Miller, whom she married on October 28, 1989; two daughters, Lisa L. Spencer (Scott) of Stephens City, VA and Stacy A. Beeler (Shane) of Greencastle, PA; four grandchildren, Grace and Sarah Spencer and Jesse and Hannah Beeler; numerous cousins and many longtime girlfriends. She also leaves behind her faithful dog, Sammy. In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her brother, David Blackburn. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Larry E. Smith, father of Lisa and Stacy and grandfather of the grandchildren that they shared.
