Virginia Gioffre Sharp Smolik of Chambersburg, PA passed away on May 31, 2011 quietly at her home following a lengthy illness. She was 79 years old. She was born in Philadelphia and resided in Bristol, PA before moving to Chambersburg.
She is survived by her husband, Dean Smolik of Chambersburg; her daughter Audrey Lyall; and her son Doug Sharp and wife Beth. She was the loving grandmother of Kelly Trespalacios and husband Eric, Joe Lyall and wife Amy, and Douglas and Arielle Sharp; and great-grandmother of Cade and Quinn Trespalacios. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Private interment will be held at a later date.
