William Cuff

William E. Cuff, 82, of St. Thomas, died Tuesday morning October 29, 2013 in Chambersburg Hospital. Born June 6, 1931, he was a son of the late Morris Cuff and Minnie C. Riley Brown. His wife, Janet D. Keith Cuff preceded him in death on June 7, 2000. William worked as a farmer in his early life until he started at Grove Manufacturing in 1968 and retired in 1993 after 25 years of service. He was a member of Love Temple in Cove Gap, PA. An avid hunter, William raised and trained Beagles. He enjoyed gardening and John Deere tractors.

William is survived by four children, Timothy L. Cuff of St. Thomas, Tanya R. Wells of Fayetteville, Suzanne Cuff of St, Thomas, and Bonita R. Cuff of St. Thomas; four grandchildren, Brenton and Brittany Wells, and Khalil and Keione Cuff; two great grandchildren, Gaige Patrick Wells and Olivia Brady; a brother, Richard M. Riley of Mercersburg; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents and wife he is preceded in death by three children, Reginald, Jessica and Candice Cuff.
